Video: Henrik Stenson's Ball Moves After Placing. Would You Know The Rule?

After hitting his approach into a water hazard during the final round of the Nordea Masters Henrik Stenson dropped twice on the steep bank before placing his ball.  Only problem was that after placing the ball, it seems to stay stationary for a few seconds before rolling about two inches.

Would you know the ruling?  Henrik himself was clearly confused and called in a referee to clarify matters. Clever too to leave the two tees in the ground denoting the drop area.  The issue seemed to be whether the ball was constantly moving after being placed or whether it came to a stop and then rolled.

In the end, the ref deemed Henrik's ball to be in play and without any penalty. He then almost chipped in!
