Video: Not Even Minor Speedwobble Can Knock Rory McIlroy Off Course To $10

Congrats to Rory McIlroy who won the Deutsche Bank on Labor Day cementing his position as the best player in the World.
rory deutsche bank trophyIt didnt take long for Rory to erasing a three-shot deficit to Louis Oosthuizen- just five holes.  It wasn’t all plain sailing either as one chunked tee shot that travelled just 170 yards proved, but even that didn’t derail him as putt after six foot putt hit the back of the hole to limit any potential damage.
"I had a couple of wobbles coming in, but I obviously did enough and I'm very excited to get a victory," McIlroy said.
It’s arguably one of McIlroy’s greatest wins with top names such as Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Louis Oosthuizen and Dustin Johnson in close attendance down the stretch.
McIlroy now is a three time PGA Tour winner this year, has a gap at the top of the World Rankings, is No. 1 in the FedEx Cup and right now looks nailed on for PGA TOUR Player of the Year.
Tiger Woods himself passed a milestone in finishing third, he became the first golfer ever to pass $100 million in PGA TOUR earnings.

The media centre at the 2013 PGA Show was buzzing yesterday.  Not because of anything that happened at the show.  God forbid! Sarah Stirk Nipple Gate: Navy Top Leaves Viewers Disappointed

London: Sky Sports management this morning issued a statement  apologizing to subscribers after Sarah Stirk wore a navy dress live on air.  It is believed up to 60,000 horny golfers were left limp after they tuned in to final round coverage of the Valero Texas Open in the hope of getting a glimpse of the legendary Stirk starter buttons. “I pay my subscription, I’m bloody well entitled to see Sarah’s Wimbledon strawberries” said factory worker Paul Manning 52 from Hereford. “I even missed the ten minute freeview, coz my mate Derek tweeted that Stirk was going into the shot centre for ten minutes at 11pm”. Holly Sonders Quits Golf Channel After Contract Talks Fail. Moves To Fox.

Tissues at the ready guys as this will come as a shock to you all that Holly Sonders , the female face of the Golf Channel, has quit and reportedly taken a job with Fox Sports. According to  reports Sonders, who appeared regularly on “Morning Drive” since 2011, could not come to an agreement on a new contract deal with the Golf Channel and was quickly snapped up by Fox Sports where she is expected to work on golf and NFL.
