2013 Tour Championship Pairings One Liner Breakdown!

It’s an elite 30 man field this week at East Lake, so I can actually read through the pairings for once without getting bored!

2013 Tour Championship First Round Pairings

brandtLuke Donald and Dustin Johnson (11:40 a.m.) â€" Donald only got in by the skin of his teeth,  but now that he’s  here, he loves this place.

Brendon de Jonge and D.A. Points (11:50 a.m.) â€" Points collapsed on the 72nd hole at the BMW Championship thinking he hadn’t made the field.  Hard to believe a wheelbarrow full of money would mean that much to a professional golfer!

Sergio Garcia and Boo Weekley (12:00 p.m.) â€" This looks like a bad draw for Sergio.  And a worse one for Boo!

Charl Schwartzel and Roberto Castro (12:10 p.m.) â€" The hopes of the nation of Cuba rest on Fidel’s son. 

Webb Simpson and Billy Horschel (12:20 p.m.) â€" The angel and the devil paired together!

Kevin Streelman and Jason Dufner (12:30 p.m.) â€" I have it on good authority that Streelman will be wearing an “I’ve Been Dufnered” t shirt.

Gary Woodland and Bill Haas (12:40 p.m.) â€" Past winner and whispers say a future winner.

Hunter Mahan and Keegan Bradley (12:50 p.m.) â€" Oil painters wont be committing this pairing to their canvas!

Jordan Spieth and Jason Day (1:00 p.m.) â€" Bombs away! 

Jim Furyk and Nick Watney (1:10 p.m.) â€" Will Nick have to keep administering bottles of 5 Hour Energy gunk to keep Jim awake after his exertions last week?

Justin Rose and Brandt Snedeker (1:20 p.m.) â€" Guaranteed to be the worst dressed pairing on the course! 

Phil Mickelson and Graham DeLaet (1:30 p.m.) â€" Phil to Graham “So what’s this Canadian accent all aboot”.

Matt Kuchar and Steve Stricker (1:40 p.m.) â€" If you are begger in the East Lake area, this is the pairing to target for some loose change.

Adam Scott and Zach Johnson (1:50 p.m.) â€" Zach will be 100 yards behind Adam, but with the Lord Jesus Christ on his side, he’ll only be 50 yards behind.

Tiger Woods  and Henrik Stenson (2:00 p.m.) â€" Oh dear, I hope Henrik doesn’t have to borrow Tiger’s driver.  It’s more bent than his own broken one.

The media centre at the 2013 PGA Show was buzzing yesterday.  Not because of anything that happened at the show.  God forbid! When I rocked in, several men (and one woman) were gathered around an iphone ogling and sharing  two pics of who they claimed were Holly Sonders naked. Now I have to hold my hands up and say, I had to google her to find out she’s from The Golf Channel. I don’t watch the Golf Channel because I don’t have an erectile dysfunction problem or need to rent a car from National.  I’m told adverts for both are all that’s on that channel. Sarah Stirk Nipple Gate: Navy Top Leaves Viewers Disappointed

London: Sky Sports management this morning issued a statement  apologizing to subscribers after Sarah Stirk wore a navy dress live on air.  It is believed up to 60,000 horny golfers were left limp after they tuned in to final round coverage of the Valero Texas Open in the hope of getting a glimpse of the legendary Stirk starter buttons. “I pay my subscription, I’m bloody well entitled to see Sarah’s Wimbledon strawberries” said factory worker Paul Manning 52 from Hereford. “I even missed the ten minute freeview, coz my mate Derek tweeted that Stirk was going into the shot centre for ten minutes at 11pm”. The Sky statement read: We apologize unreservedly for the navy dress Sarah wore during last nights broadcast, through which no nipples were visible. This was due to a wardrobe malfunction. Holly Sonders Quits Golf Channel After Contract Talks Fail. Moves To Fox.

Tissues at the ready guys as this will come as a shock to you all that Holly Sonders , the female face of the Golf Channel, has quit and reportedly taken a job with Fox Sports. According to  reports Sonders, who appeared regularly on “Morning Drive” since 2011, could not come to an agreement on a new contract deal with the Golf Channel and was quickly snapped up by Fox Sports where she is expected to work on golf and NFL.
