Woods can thank the ending of his relationship with EA Sports for helping to wipe $10 million of his brand value in the last year slipping from $46 to $36 million.
That sees him in second place in the rankings for the first time in many years. NBA superstar LeBron James has now overtaken Woods in top spot with a brand worth of $37 million thanks to endorsers like Nike, McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Upper Deck.
Surprisingly, Rory McIlroy does not feature in the 2014 top 10. The only other golfer mentioned is Phil Mickelson in fourth place with a brand worth of $29 million.
