Video: Jack Nicklaus Reacts Excitedly To Being Ahead Of Tiger In Majors At Same Age- “Great!”

Really enjoyed listening to Jack Nicklaus talking to the Sky Sports team at Augusta.

First question of course was about Tiger and his overdoing it in the gym.  Jack replied with “I dont really know what Tiger does I’m not privy to that” before going into the kind of detail a surgeon would be proud of, concluding that his back problems are a result of not supporting his spine!


“I was talking with a gentleman who was taking care of him the other day, he said ‘Jack I want to show you a picture’ and in this picture his (Tiger’s) legs were in one place like this and his spine was out ahead.”
Nicklaus also spoke about Rory McIlroy’s game but for the first time I can remember not in entirely glowing terms.  “Rory makes unforced errors,” he said.

Moment of the day however was Jack’s reaction when shown a graphic indicating that for the first time, he is now ahead of Tiger in Majors won at the same age.

The media centre at the 2013 PGA Show was buzzing yesterday.  Not because of anything that happened at the show.  God forbid! Sarah Stirk Nipple Gate: Navy Top Leaves Viewers Disappointed

London: Sky Sports management this morning issued a statement  apologizing to subscribers after Sarah Stirk wore a navy dress live on air.  It is believed up to 60,000 horny golfers were left limp after they tuned in to final round coverage of the Valero Texas Open in the hope of getting a glimpse of the legendary Stirk starter buttons. “I pay my subscription, I’m bloody well entitled to see Sarah’s Wimbledon strawberries” said factory worker Paul Manning 52 from Hereford. “I even missed the ten minute freeview, coz my mate Derek tweeted that Stirk was going into the shot centre for ten minutes at 11pm”. Holly Sonders Quits Golf Channel After Contract Talks Fail. Moves To Fox.

Tissues at the ready guys as this will come as a shock to you all that Holly Sonders , the female face of the Golf Channel, has quit and reportedly taken a job with Fox Sports. According to  reports Sonders, who appeared regularly on “Morning Drive” since 2011, could not come to an agreement on a new contract deal with the Golf Channel and was quickly snapped up by Fox Sports where she is expected to work on golf and NFL.
