Massive Outpouring Of Support For Super Nice Guy Ollie Wilson
Wasn't the outpouring of emotion from Oliver Wilson just fantastic to watch today?
Oli had been a nine time runner up on the European Tour and played for Europe at the 2008 Ryder Cup but had fallen off the radar in recent years.
Having started the week 792nd in the world Wilson said himself after the win that even he didn't really believe he could do it as he sat on a three round lead.
Wilson also credited a new Callaway driver and fellow player Robert Rock who has been coaching him of late.

Close to tears Wilson said âI donât have words for it. Itâs been ten years, 11 years coming. There were nine runners-up and I hadnât done a whole lot to lose those, but nothing had really gone my way and this week, to be given a big opportunity by Dunhill to play â" I canât thank them enough to give me an opportunity to do this â" I guess itâs what golfâs all about.Ian Poulter was just one of hundreds to salute Oli, regarded as one of the nicest guys on Tour.
Wilson also credited a new Callaway driver and fellow player Robert Rock who has been coaching him of late.
âIâve been playing pretty well. Robert Rock â" I went to see him two weeks ago and I shot a course record in Kazakhstan. Heâs worked with me all week, spent a lot of time with me, helped me a lot with my swing and given me the confidence to go and play.
