Padraig Harrington Sings Answers And Set To Play As Grumpy Old Pensioner

Any lingering thoughts Caroline Harrington had of getting her husband back when he’s of pensionable age have been dashed today with the news that  Padraig’s New Year’s Resolution is to play until he’s 70.

The wacky three time Major Champion ‘sang’ his Resolution yesterday to a reporter in the style of Annie Carnes from the musical Oklahoma.

“I'm not a guy who can just say no. (I'm in a terrible fix) You are retired for a long time and I tell you what, I'll still be playing competitive golf when I'm 70,” crooned Harrington, who also intends to sing all of his answers this season to Rogers and Hammerstein big production numbers.

Stat lover Padraig is heading for two in row in the resolution achievement stakes having ticked off last years goal of ‘winning again’ by beating the entire field at the Grand Slam of Golf. The Dubliner however will have to wait another 29 years to even find out if he can achieve this year’s resolution as it involves staying alive until then.

Authorities are currently checking whether it’s allowed to have a ‘29 Year Away’ New Year’s Resolution.  If found that it is actually not allowed by law, Harrington will be pressed for another New Year’s Resolution today.

The media centre at the 2013 PGA Show was buzzing yesterday.  Not because of anything that happened at the show.  God forbid! Sarah Stirk Nipple Gate: Navy Top Leaves Viewers Disappointed

London: Sky Sports management this morning issued a statement  apologizing to subscribers after Sarah Stirk wore a navy dress live on air.  It is believed up to 60,000 horny golfers were left limp after they tuned in to final round coverage of the Valero Texas Open in the hope of getting a glimpse of the legendary Stirk starter buttons. “I pay my subscription, I’m bloody well entitled to see Sarah’s Wimbledon strawberries” said factory worker Paul Manning 52 from Hereford. “I even missed the ten minute freeview, coz my mate Derek tweeted that Stirk was going into the shot centre for ten minutes at 11pm”. Holly Sonders Quits Golf Channel After Contract Talks Fail. Moves To Fox.

Tissues at the ready guys as this will come as a shock to you all that Holly Sonders , the female face of the Golf Channel, has quit and reportedly taken a job with Fox Sports. According to  reports Sonders, who appeared regularly on “Morning Drive” since 2011, could not come to an agreement on a new contract deal with the Golf Channel and was quickly snapped up by Fox Sports where she is expected to work on golf and NFL.
